Follow the steps below to learn how to link or unlink printers to a work profile from the PAD
Workflow profiles support different employee roles and service flows. A Profile requires a Map, and a Map requires a Profile. Settings at either level are associated with that profile-map pair; the restaurant may not need every available profile.
Printer controls on the PAD are available to Managers only.

Open Operations at the top of the screen.

Choose Printers > Work Profiles.

Press and hold the relevant work-profile row, then release.

On printer definition, turn the required printers on or off and choose OK.

Check the linked-printer summary, then select OK.

The work profile now reflects the selected printer links.
