How to Suspend an Order
Reasons to Suspend an Order
The option to suspend an order is available in our system and it can be used for a few reasons such as:
If the system does not allow you to close an order due to payment issues.
If you intend to resume the order at a later time (future orders).
If a Tabit Team member has advised to resume an order that may need some investigation or escalation need.
Steps to Suspend an Order
To suspend an order, go to the check screen and swipe from right to left starting from where it says “Total, Paid, Balance”.
Press “Suspend”

A message will pop up asking if you want to suspend the order, press Yes.

The order will no longer display under “Active orders”.
If you are unable see or swipe from right to left to find the “Suspend” button from the check screen, you can still suspend the order by pressing the grayed out “Setting” icon from any screen.

This will also invoke the request to “Suspend” the order:
