Manage Item Availability from the HQ Site
HQ menu admins can choose which sites receive each master item.
Business Case
Use site availability for items sold only at selected locations, such as pilot dishes or location-specific beverages. The item stays out of other sites' catalogs.
Key Benefits:

Exclude an HQ item from selected sites.

Excluded items are hidden from that site's menus and groups.

Manage the item once at HQ instead of maintaining location-specific versions. For example, make a pilot dish available at two sites and exclude it from the others.
How it works:
Set availability while creating or editing an item at HQ.
Item Creation
Choose the sites where the item should be offered and select Save.
Editing an Item
On Availability, select the sites that should receive the item.
Bulk Applying Availability

Sign in to Tabit Office with Manager credentials.

Open Menu > Items and choose Bulk Availability.

Choose the items, then the sites where they should be available. This replaces the selected items' existing availability settings.

Select Save.
Duplicate Order Now Shown in Order Timeline
Before:
Previously, the order timeline did not identify duplicated orders.
Now:
The timeline now records the duplication time, the employee who duplicated it, and the original order number.

Improvements to Attendance Export
The Office and Shift integration includes improvements to attendance-detail exports.
Updated System Parameter Name
The following system parameter has been renamed to clarify its purpose:
Before: Minimum hourly rate
Now: Min Hourly Rate for Employee Tip Credit
Find it under System Parameters > Labor Cost > Work Hours Rules in Tabit Office.

Credit Transaction Report Filter by Credit Type Works Properly
The date-range search has also been improved. Column headings remain visible while you scroll the table.
Tabit Shift
New
Easily Communicate Important Information with Other Managers and Owners
Owners and managers can share log book notes with other owners and managers. Each note records the author, time, and shift.
Where to find it:

Sign in to Tabit Shift as a manager and open Schedule.

The log book appears below the counters. Use the menu icon at its left to show or hide it.

A blue page icon marks existing entries.

Select + to create an entry.

Complete the entry and select Close.
