Ways to Check a Gift Card Balance

There are two main methods for checking a gift card balance: 

On the PAD

1. From any screen, select the three dots dropdown menu

2. Select Gift Cards

3. Select Card Balance

4. Enter information as requested

5. The balance receipt is available to print

In Tabit Office

1. Go to Loyalty > Reports > Gift Card Balance

2. Under Series, select an applicable series only and then select Apply

3. The Gift Card Balance will display on the right columns

4. Refine search results by Card Number, Series, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, or Balance
