Credit card transactions are not being fully verified in Offline Mode, so be careful when processing large transactions
Orders can be taken as usual until the Payment Screen. When selecting Credit Card for payment, there will be a pop-up message prompting the server to enter the customer's phone number and name
These details will help you contact the customer in case the payment won't go through once the site is online

All tips taken in Ingenico Offline Mode will be through the Client Tip flow, and NOT Tip Adjust. Additionally, tips for payments taken prior to going offline cannot be settled if they haven't been completed yet. These can only be completed once brought back online
Once the customer's information has been entered, select Continue. The payment tab will flash orange and prompt the server to insert the credit card
The payment line will turn yellow, and an Offline Payment option will appear. This may take a few seconds. Select Print on the top right and print to the relevant printer
You will be returned to the payment screen and prompted to close and suspend the Order. Closed Orders taken while in Ingenico Offline Mode will be pushed to Suspended Orders (to be handled later). Select Close
In the confirmation pop-up select Yes
All credit card payments taken in Ingenico Offline Patments Mode can be found in Suspended Orders under the Operation tab
