Overview
Course tags can be used together with the parameter Display new ticket notification in Tabit Kitchen to make sure kitchen staff don't miss important information. Specific tags can be set to trigger a window to pop-up and require staff to make a selection before moving on with it, or another ticket, as seen below
Follow the steps below to learn how to set this up:

Set up a course tag

In Tabit Kitchen, go to Setup > Profiles > Expediter

Mark the checkbox next to Display new ticket notification and then select the tag(s) you would like to trigger the Review new tickets window

Now, any ticket fired with that tag will prompt the Review new tickets window to appear.
