Overview
Combine Course tags with Display new ticket notification in Tabit Kitchen to call attention to important tickets. Selected tags open a review window requiring staff to make a selection before continuing with that ticket or another one.
Follow the steps below to learn how to set this up:

Create the course tag to use for the notification.

In Tabit Kitchen, open Setup > Profiles > Expediter.

Enable Display new ticket notification and choose the tags that should open Review new tickets.

Firing a ticket with one of those tags now opens Review new tickets.
