Adding a New Employee on the PAD

Learn how to add a new employee from Tabit Office here

Follow these steps to add a new employee on the PAD.

  1. From a Manager profile, go to Operation > Operation > Add Employee

  2. Enter the employee's details. A profile picture can be added here as well if desired, but can also be added later

     (lightbulb) Ensure that all details are correct. Once entered, an employee's email address cannot be changed

  3. Select the employee's roles

  4. Set a 4 digit PIN code. This can be changed later here

  5. Select their Job Functions 

     (lightbulb) If no Job Function is selected for a specific Profile, all of them will be assigned

    They will be automatically assigned the default rate for each Job Function. If needed, these rates can be changed here as well by tapping on the + under Custom Rate

  6. Tap Confirm

Tap Finish to complete the process
