Managing Customer Messages for Takeaway and Delivery Orders

Overview

From the TD profile you can customize which messages are displayed to customers when they place takeaway or delivery orders online. This allows you to manage customer communication effectively, providing updates and information that enhance their ordering experience. 

Follow the steps below to toggle messages on or off for takeaway and delivery orders.

  1. On the PAD, go to the TD Profile and tap the Driver Helmet icon in the bottom left corner

  2. In the pop-up menu, select the Messages tab at the top

  3. Messages configured in Tabit Office will be listed here, each with a toggle switch. Use these toggles to turn specific customer messages on or off as needed.

  4. After making adjustments, select Save Setup at the bottom of the screen, then confirm by tapping Save in the pop-up message.

  5. The Customer’s view will be as follows:
