Add a Customer to an Order (Online)

Overview

The following steps show how to attach a customer’s Loyalty account to an online order so they can view their balance and use rewards at checkout.

Steps

  1. Open the restaurant’s Tabit Order site and select the Loyalty Program login widget.
    (info) Site setup can be found in this link. The “Site Link” button at the top-right will open the restaurant’s Tabit Order website.

  2. The customer’s phone number will be entered (or promo code number, if applicable).

  3. Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent to the customer via SMS to verify.

  4. The customer should now be logged in—the reward balance appears, and the customer will be able to choose rewards during checkout.

Notes

  • Restaurants can require OTP for extra security (enabled in their system settings).

  • If the customer didn’t receive an SMS, see Troubleshooting.
