Customer-facing Policies (required for Hub)
The Customer Hub requires you to enter site phone, email, contact link, and a Privacy Policy link before activation.
Put your policy URL here; it is mandatory. (Loyalty → Settings → Customer Hub → Restaurant Details)

You can edit the texts guests see in the Hub (use this for consent or disclosure language). (Customer Hub → Text)

Taxes & Surcharges (configured in Back Office)
Fees can be set up for various needs in Tabit Office, including but not limited to credit card fees, service charges, delivery fees, and more
Fees should not be created or modified during operational hours.
If you create a credit card fee, you must also create a cash discount to offset the fee when a guest pays with cash.

Back Office → Tax Rates/Rules (create rates, apply rules).
Fees / Service Charges
Back Office → Fees (configure type, auto-apply, order sources, with/without tax, and who may edit).
