Choose a serpentine ticket layout
Under Settings > Profiles > Presentation > Ticket Layout, choose Vertical (serpentine) for a column-based layout. This requires Group Ticket Method: Don’t Group under General Settings > Expediter.
Refresh every station together
The Refresh all stations button at the top-right of Setup applies configuration changes without restarting stations individually.
Move a ticket to the front across all stations
In the Expo profile’s Operation settings, enable Apply move to start to all stations. Long-press a ticket header at Expo and choose Move to start to move it to the front on Expo and kitchen stations.

More reliable refunds, gift-card loads, and printing
OTC credit refunds now record the correct amounts for partial refunds, split payments, and payments with tips. Gift-card loading waits for payment confirmation. KDS Expediter Print Ticket requests complete correctly with the updated spooler. Excessive custom tips on very small payments show a validation message instead of crashing.
PAD V12.0.1 fixes
Correct item transfers
Moving an already-notified item between guests on the same order no longer prints an unnecessary kitchen ticket. Transfers to a new guest on another order now reach that guest.
