Collect ratings for individual menu items
The survey can ask guests to like or dislike up to three of the highest-priced eligible items and leave optional comments. Item ratings are enabled by default; sites can request that they be disabled. Fewer questions appear when fewer items qualify.
Review and configure item ratings
Open Feedback > Reports > Item Rating to review satisfaction scores, rating and comment counts, service-type breakdowns, and individual item comments. Item details support sorting comments by date and exporting feedback. Under Feedback > Settings > Service Types > Item Rating, adjust the minimum eligible price. Drinks are excluded by default; enable Include drinks in the item rating when appropriate.

Edit inactive job functions
In Staff > Job Functions, filter for inactive functions to edit them, including freeing a code required by an active function. Editing does not reactivate the function.
Time Reporting corrections
An attendance record without a saved clock-out remains protected from deletion after an unsuccessful edit. Saving an attendance Hourly Rate of 0 now displays zero instead of the employee or job-function rate.
