Why Can't I Find this Gift Card Number?

All Tabit Gift Cards have a unique Gift Card Number registered with their Site. These numbers are either generated by Tabit Office or uploaded from legacy systems.

There are several reasons why a Gift Card Number could be difficult to locate. Follow these steps to locate Gift Card Numbers, and find out where things might have gone wrong. 

How to Locate an Individual Gift Card in Tabit Office

1. In Office, go to Loyalty > Customers > Customers

2. Use "Free Text" search bar to search by Customer Name, Gift Card Number, Series, Mobile Number, Birth Date, or Expiration Date

   

Resolution to Common Problems

1. Confirm that the Gift Card is a Tabit Gift Card: Maybe it's a Gift Card a legacy system your Site no longer honors. If the Gift Card number doesn't exist within the Tabit system, it will not be found there

2. Incorrect Number: Verify that the Gift Card Number in question was communicated and entered correctly

3. Setup Error: It's rare but possible that an error during the creation of the Gift Card Series is preventing a particular Gift Card Number from being found.
