Fixing Error: Third-party Order Not in Tabit

Overview

Issue: Orders or Item(s) are showing in the third-party tablet (or drivers are showing up for orders) and the order is not in Tabit

Cause: There may be an issue with Order Out that is causing information to not get sent to Tabit.  This is not a common scenario and should be escalated to OrderOut's support team

How to Resolve Error: Third-party Order Not in Tabit

  1. Email [email protected] and the Tabit Support Team at [email protected]

  2. Include details of the Order(s) that are not showing up in Tabit’s tablet:

    • Third-party company (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc)

    • Customer Name

    • Third-party Order Id

    • Day & Time order was placed

  3. Find order details from the Third-party tablet or the Third-party’s website for merchants.
