Guest-Facing How-Tos (Loyalty Login, Reward Redemption, Gift Cards)
1. How to Log In to Your Loyalty Account
Online Ordering:
Go to the restaurant’s Tabit Order website.
Click the Loyalty Program login button (usually at the top of the page).
Enter your phone number or promo code number.
Enter the authentication code sent to your phone via SMS.
You’re now logged in! You can view your points, rewards, and gift card balances.
2. How to Redeem Rewards
When Ordering Online:
Log in to your Loyalty account (see above).
Add items to your cart.
At checkout, you’ll see available rewards.
Select the reward(s) you want to use.
Complete your order—your discount will be applied automatically.
When Dining In (with Staff):
Tell your server you’d like to use your Loyalty rewards.
Provide your phone number or member code to attach your account.
The server will show you available rewards.
Choose which reward to use—only apply if you request it.
Rewards and discounts will appear on your bill before payment.
3. How to Use Gift Cards
Online:
At checkout, select Gift Card as your payment method.
Enter your gift card number.
If your card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the rest with another method (split payment supported).
In-Restaurant:
Tell your server you’d like to pay with a gift card.
Present your card (physical or digital).
The server will process your payment. If needed, you can pay the balance with another method.
4. Check Your Balances
Online: Log in to your Loyalty account to see points, rewards, and gift card balances.
In-Restaurant: Ask your server, or check on the PAD (tablet) by selecting “Gift Cards” → “Card Balance” and entering your card number.
