How to Update TD Order Status

Follow the steps below to update a TD Order's status

  1. Log in on the PAD under the TD Profile

  1. On the TD main screen tap the Order to update the status

  1. There are two ways to update the Order status:

  • To update one or multiple Order statuses, tap TD Actions:

    • Mark Prepared

    • Mark Taken

    • Assign Courier

    • Mark Delivered

    • Close Orders

    • Send SMS

  • To update an individual Order's status, swipe from Left to Right on the Order and then tap:

    • Taken: Order has already been picked up

    • Prepared: Order is ready for pickup

    • Change Owner: Transfer the Order to another employee

Customer View of Status Updates

Once the Order has been placed, the customer will be notified of the status of their Order
