Handle rejected Ingenico authorization cancellations
When an authorization cancellation exceeds the processor’s time limit, the PAD shows an explanation, creates a cancellation line recording the failure, and includes rejection details on the credit slip. An incomplete authorization eventually expires according to the card issuer’s timing.
Customer tags in OTC and TD orders
The customer-info window supports viewing customer context and adding or removing local tags. Tag changes synchronize to the order and the customer record.
Clearer approval and payment controls
Open-discount approvals from the map now show the item name, discount reason, and server-entered text. After Ingenico displays Card Removed, staff can select the tender and cancel the pending request with the X button.
Tax and modal corrections
Taxes now calculate consistently when items are dragged into OTC orders with the relevant KDS update parameter enabled. Gift-card and loyalty windows no longer close when tapped outside; close them deliberately with X or a swipe-down gesture.
