Troubleshooting & Audit
A setting looks “off” at one site:
Compare to HQ screenshots; check Kiosk “General,” Kitchen Queues limits, Fees, and Loyalty System Settings. Use the Permissions article to verify the manager role can access the needed pages.
Routing not working:
Re-check that the queue has Limit to order type/order source selected and saved.
Wrong kiosk language/menu:
Verify Site Parameters → localization and that menus are translated.
