Why Can’t I See Tabs on the KDS Unit?
If Tabs are not visible on the KDS unit, please check if the setting Exclude Tab Order is enabled in KDS.
Follow the steps below to ensure that Tab Orders appear on KDS:
Tap the Menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner of the screen and then select Setup.
Select the Profiles tab, and then select the profile you wish to modify.
Under Filters, ensure that the checkbox for Exclude Tab Orders is not checked.
Tap Save and then press the Back arrow to return to the Profile Select screen.
If this does not resolve the issue, a Kitchen Queue parameter may be enabled.
