Set these once so guests can seamlessly sign in and redeem online.
Core Loyalty System Settings
Path: Tabit Office → Loyalty → Settings → System → System Settings.
Click here to login directly and then select the “System Settings” tab where you’d find the following configurations:

Points setup: name/icon; whether discounted orders earn; payment providers that do not earn points (e.g., Gift Card).

Rewards setup: include paid add-ons, rounding toggle, minimum transaction to redeem, max manual rewards per order, Restricted Offers (OfferId) to blacklist items.

Printing & POS setup: enable OTP requirement for customer authentication (strongly recommended).
Online Eligibility & Redemption Guardrails

Multiple members redeem on one order: allow/deny.

Minimum spend to redeem rewards.

Item/category exclusions from being used as rewards (Restricted Offers).

Payment-method limits for earning (e.g., no points on Gift Card purchase).
Gift Card Behavior for Online

Automatic partial payment with gift cards (apply remaining balance, then prompt for another tender). (Gift Card/Prepay Setup).
Identity & Consent (recommended)

Require OTP for customer sign-in and keep Customer Hub details (phone, email, contact URL, privacy policy) current for guest trust/compliance.
Customer messaging for Online orders (optional but helpful)

Configure takeaway/delivery customer messages (e.g., prep time, pickup instructions) so guests see clear updates.
