Eligibility Rules (Blacklists, Order-Types, Payment Limits)

In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Settings > System and select the System Settings tab

  • Item/category blacklists: Use Restricted Offers (Offerid) to exclude specific items (e.g., alcohol or “registration fee”) from redemption. (System Settings→ Rewards Setup)

  • Order-type & channel eligibility: Enable/limit loyalty in each channel in its own settings (e.g., Online/Kiosk sections later in this guide follow the same “platforms / order types / availability windows” mental model used across Tabit). (Operational pattern reference; specific toggles live in each channel’s configuration.)

  • Payment-method limits: Exclude methods that shouldn’t earn (e.g., Gift Card payments) via Points will not accumulate when paying with these payment providers. (System Settings → Points setup)
