Redemption Rules (Partial, Stacking, Voids Policy)

Multiple members & stacking: Decide if more than one member can redeem points on the same order. (System Settings → Points setup)
Cap manual redemptions: What is the maximum number of manual rewards that can be redeemed in an order? (leave blank for unlimited). (System Settings→ Rewards Setup)
Minimum spend: Use A minimum transaction required to redeem benefits? to gate redemption below a threshold. (System Settings → Rewards Setup)
Returns/voids policy (operational): There isn’t an “auto-revoke” toggle surfaced in System Settings. Use reports to audit and reverse as needed: Benefits Redemptions, Redemption Details, and Manual Actions under Loyalty → Reports.

Split checks & redemption

Split-check behavior is handled on the PAD during payment flow (operational), while stacking and maximum manual rewards are set in System Settings (see Redemption Rules above).
