Configuring Loyalty Permissions

Overview

This article outlines what each loyalty permission grants access to. Use this as a reference when assigning permissions to staff to ensure the right level of access to customer data, loyalty program settings, reports, and gift card management.

Promo Codes
  • View coupon codes: Not supported

  • Promo redemption: Not supported

Customer Management
  • View customers: Loyalty > Customers > Customers

  • Create a new customer: New Customer button

  • View transactions: Select customer > Transactions tab

  • View vouchers: Select customer > Comps tab

  • View benefits: Select customer > Rewards tab

  • View notifications: Select customer > Notifications tab

  • View gift card activity: Not supported

  • View benefits history: Select customer > Rewards History tab

  • Block card: Select customer > Block Customer/Card

  • Change membership expiration: Not supported

  • Enable/disable SMS: Select customer > Allow/Block Notifications

  • Load/redeem points: Select customer > Load/Redeem Points

  • Load/redeem prepaid: Select customer > Load/Redeem Money

  • Grant vouchers: Select customer > Load Comp

  • Swap card: Select customer > Replace Card or Replace Series

  • Attach card to customer: Not supported

  • Edit customer details: Edit Personal Information tab

  • Manual load card page: Not supported

  • Delete customer: Select customer > Delete Account

  • Export customer file: Loyalty > Customers > Export Customer

  • Segments: Not supported

Gift Cards
  • Activate gift cards: Loyalty > Settings > Gift Cards Shop

Import Data
  • Import customers: Loyalty > Customers > Import Customer

SMS
  • NewSMS module: Not supported

Reports
  • Gift card activity report: Loyalty > Reports > Gift Card Summary

  • Gift card balance report: Loyalty > Reports > Gift Cards Balance

  • Benefits redemptions report: Loyalty > Reports > Benefits Redemptions

  • SMS activity report: Not supported

  • Redemption detail report: Loyalty > Reports > Redemption Details

  • Manual actions report: Loyalty > Reports > Manual Actions

  • Digital gift card report: Loyalty > Reports > Digital Gift Cards

  • Loyalty program analysis and general reports: Not supported

  • Loyalty BI: Loyalty > Reports > Loyalty BI

  • Rewards module: Not supported

Loyalty Program Setup

Transaction Center

Comps

  • Billing report (appears to be Partner User only): Not accessible
