Overview
This article outlines what each loyalty permission grants access to. Use this as a reference when assigning permissions to staff to ensure the right level of access to customer data, loyalty program settings, reports, and gift card management.
Customer Management
View customers: Loyalty > Customers > Customers
Create a new customer: New Customer button
View transactions: Select customer > Transactions tab
View vouchers: Select customer > Comps tab
View benefits: Select customer > Rewards tab
View notifications: Select customer > Notifications tab
View gift card activity: Not supported
View benefits history: Select customer > Rewards History tab
Block card: Select customer > Block Customer/Card
Change membership expiration: Not supported
Enable/disable SMS: Select customer > Allow/Block Notifications
Load/redeem points: Select customer > Load/Redeem Points
Load/redeem prepaid: Select customer > Load/Redeem Money
Grant vouchers: Select customer > Load Comp
