How to Redeem Rewards on the PAD

Overview

Customers can easily log into their Loyalty account while placing online orders through Tabit Order. This enables them to take advantage of exclusive rewards, coupon codes, discounts, and other special offers, enhancing their overall online ordering experience.

The steps below outlines how a Customer signs-in to their loyalty account and redeem rewards when making an online order: 

  1. In the business's Tabit Order website, select the Loyalty Program login widget

  2. Enter phone number or promo code number

  3. Enter the authentication code sent to phone through SMS text

  4. Customer is now logged in and can now view the reward balance and choose the ones to apply to their order
