Staff Management replaces the Staff page
Employee creation and editing now use a single scrollable form with inline PIN, profile, attendance, and permission controls. Search and filters improve employee lookup. Permissions are grouped by Office section, and restricted permissions are marked and disabled. Selected managerial PAD actions can be granted individually to non-managers from PAD 11.9.
Clearer approval settings and audit information
Workflow Profile permissions are grouped into Request approval for and Perform directly. The System > Regional Settings > Cash as original cashier parameter can attribute cancelled cash payments to the original handler. Order Timeline identifies the guest affected by alcohol-governance item removal, or Shared when no guest applies; the Excel export includes the same information. This requires PAD 11.8.2/11.9.0 or later.
Reporting corrections
Exceptions Report PDF exports now include a total. The Overtime page appears only for authorized super users at sites with the required daily or weekly labor-cost configuration.

Explain notice-time restrictions
Items requiring advance preparation remain visible, but can only be added when the selected order time meets the required notice period. Otherwise, a notice explains the restriction and blocks adding the item.

Customize Special Day communication
The Translations tab under Tabit Guest > Special Days can override SMS, email, online-booking, and other guest messages for that day. Reservation imports are limited to one year ahead, and upcoming reservation times display correctly.
