Why Can't I Add a Simple Text Modifier?

Simple text Modifiers are used to add a Modifier that doesn't require tracking or add additional cost to an Item.

Sometimes, there will be simple text Modifiers and Item Modifiers with identical names.

To ensure that you're adding a simple text Modifier follow the steps below:

1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Modifier Groups and select the relevant Modifier Group

   

   
   

2. Enter the Modifier name and select the + icon

   Don't hit Enter, this will automatically select the existing Item Modifier instead.

   

   
   

3. Select Save
   

4. Now the new Modifier has been added to the Modifier Group, as seen below. Select Publish to push any changes to the cloud.
