When searching for a guest, gift card, or reward in Tabit, you may occasionally encounter errors such as “Guest not found,” duplicate numbers appearing, or rewards not showing as expected. These issues usually point to how the gift card or loyalty account is set up or searched.
Common Causes & Fixes
1. Guest Not Found
Incorrect Search Method: Always use the Free Text search in Tabit Office (Loyalty > Customers). You can search by:
Customer Name
Gift Card Number
Series
Mobile Number
Birth Date
Expiration Date
Wrong System: Confirm the card or account is a Tabit Gift Card or loyalty record. Cards from legacy systems or unsupported providers will not be found.
Incorrect Number: Double-check the number entered. A mistyped digit often leads to a “not found” error.
2. Duplicate Gift Card Numbers
Each Tabit Gift Card is meant to be unique. Duplicate numbers may appear if:
Numbers were uploaded from a legacy system.
A setup error occurred when creating a gift card series.
Resolution: Contact Flyght Support to review and correct the duplication.
3. Reward Not Showing
Rewards may not appear if:
The card is not properly linked to a customer profile.
The loyalty configuration for the site does not recognize the reward.
There’s a sync delay while updates process in Tabit Office.
Resolution: Ensure the card is linked to the correct Customer record and confirm that the reward is active in Loyalty settings. If still missing, escalate to Flyght Support.

Confirm the gift card or reward is a Tabit-issued record, not from a legacy system.
