  2. Add Items to Cart

    • Before proceeding to payment, the kiosk displays any eligible rewards or discounts available to the guest.

    • Rewards may appear as selectable options on a dedicated “Rewards” or “Apply Discounts” screen, or as part of the order summary.

  4. Select and Apply Rewards

    • The guest selects which rewards to apply to their order.

    • The system updates the order summary to reflect the applied discounts or free items.

  5. Confirm on Summary Screen

    • The guest reviews the updated order summary, which clearly shows all applied rewards and the new total.

    • If satisfied, the guest proceeds to payment.

  6. Complete Payment

    • The guest pays the remaining balance using any available payment method (e.g., credit card, gift card, digital wallet).
