Uploading Legacy Gift Card Balances

Important:

Before you start make sure you have the following information about existing Gift Cards - Card Number, Gift Card Balance, and Expiration Date

  1. Go to Customers → Import Customer → Select “Import Customers

  2. Select “Load Gift Card”

  3. Select the appropriate Series to load

    1. Importing Customers (Left)

    2. Importing Legacy Gift Cards (with or without balances) (Center)

    3. Updating gift card balances (Right)

  4. Download the template using the image below or the link to the right: Tabit-loadGiftCardTemplate.xlsx ---This link is current as of 12/5/2024.

  5. Upload the file

  6. Confirm the validation of the file and click “next” to begin the Import

  7. View the Summary

  8. After selecting “Done” a summary will be displayed
