How to Refresh the Kiosk App
Overview
Refreshing the Kiosk app may be necessary in the following cases:
A service (Takeaway or Eat-In) was turned off in Tabit Office, and the kiosk needs to sync
You want to proactively update to the newest version (the kiosk automatically reloads and updates once a day at night)
It is the first step in troubleshooting the kiosk
Follow the steps below to refresh the Kiosk app:
Tap the lock icon on the top right
Enter the admin code: today’s date (day and then month)
The Kiosk Settings Panel opens: tap Reload app
