Ingenico Message: "Payment Device Is Not Configured, Please Contact the Manager"
Issue: The below message is displayed upon logging in.

Cause: The Ingenico device is unable to communicate with the PAD. Follow these steps to fix it.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
Check the Ingenico device for power (make sure it is charged)
If the Ingenico device is on, power it off for 5-10 seconds and then turn it back on, to power cycle it (hold the power button down for 3-5 seconds until all lights turn off)
Turn the device back on (you should see a blinking blue light and a solid red light)
On the PAD, double-tap the home (round) button, then swipe Tabit rOS app upward to close it.

Make sure this device can now process credit cards
If the issue has not been resolved, follow the below steps:
Reboot the PAD
Turn off the Ingenico device for 5-10 seconds and back on, to power cycle it (hold the power button down for 3-5 seconds until all lights turn off)
Under a Manager login, go to Operation > Technician > Ingenico Device Handler
Check the Status to see if the device is disconnected and whether there is an option to Pair
If the status shows disconnected, turn off your Ingenico device again and wait for another 5-10 seconds before turning it on. It should then update the status back to connected and display a blue ribbon at the bottom indicating the Entry Modes of Insert/Tap/Swipe
