How to Block Online Reservations in Tabit Guest

Overview

If needed, the ability to create reservations on the Online Platform can be blocked from within Tabit Guest.

Follow the steps below to block Online Booking:

1. In Tabit Guest, select the Settings icon

   

2. Select Events and Messages

   

3. Select Type and then select Disable Online Reservations

   

4. Fill in the remaining fields as needed

   Title: This is required. If Show Title and Description in Online Booking is toggled ON, this will also be seen by the customer on the Online Booking platform

   Description: Not required but can be added if desired

   

5. Set a time range for reservations to be blocked. This can be by hour or full days.

6. Selected Tables can be blocked if desired. Toggle the Block Select Tables ON and then select the Tables you would like to block from being available for Online Reservations.

7. Once all the relevant information has been entered, select Save.

   

8. The online block will now be visible at the top of the Reservations list

   

9. Tapping on it will open a pop-up with its details and the option to edit or delete it as needed
