How to Add Funds to a House Account

Both Servers and Managers can add funds to House Accounts directly from the PAD.

As a Server

  1. From the Map screen select the three dots in the top left of then select House Accounts

  2. Enter the customer's full phone number

  3. Follow the below flow to add funds

As a Manager

  1. From the Operations screen, select the House Accounts Tab on the left

  2. Search for the House account by phone number (using the full phone number), or account or account holder's name (must enter at least two characters)

  3. Select the account and then select Add Funds

  4. Follow the below flow to add funds
