Refunding a Closed Order

Overview

Follow the steps below to perform a full or partial refund for a closed Order.

Orders can only be refunded with the Payment type that was used to pay for the original Order

From a Manager profile, go to the tap Operation and then select Refund Transaction

Follow the flow below to perform a partial or full refund as needed
