How to Send Customer an SMS or use Scan QR Code to Self-Pay

Overview

The Tabit Pay QR code can be found in three places on the PAD: on the Map screen, on the Check screen, and on the Payment screen. This can be used to help the customer pay for their order without needing to wait for a printed check.

Follow the steps below to find the Tabit Pay QR code on the PAD:

  1. Long press on the relevant table

  2. Tap on the QR icon

  3. Show the PAD to the customer and let them complete the payment process, either by scanning the QR Code with their phone or via SMS

On the Check Screen

  1. Tap on the phone icon at the top of the screen

  1. Tap on the Tabit Pay button at the top of the screen
