Adding a custom font to the Customer Profile

Overview

Custom fonts can be added to the Customer Profile to create a more cohesive and branded guest experience. By uploading your restaurant’s unique font, you can ensure that the look and feel of your loyalty and customer-facing pages align with your overall brand identity. This helps strengthen brand recognition, maintain visual consistency across touchpoints, and deliver a more polished, professional appearance.

Follow the steps below to upload and apply a custom font to your Customer Profile in Tabit Office.

1. In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Settings > Customer Profile

   

2. Select Design Settings under brand skin to access the customization options for your Customer Profile's appearance

   

3. Next to Upload Custom font, select Upload file to add a new font

   

The file must be in True-Type Form and no larger than 1 megabyte

4. Once the file has been uploaded, select Save

   

5. Now in the Customer Profile, wherever there is text it will have the uploaded font
