Overview
Just as Items can be limited or 86ed in Tabit Office and on the PAD, they can also be limited or 86ed in Tabit Kitchen
Follow the steps below to learn how to limit/86 an Item in KDS:
Limiting an Item
Items can be limited/86ed from any Profile in Tabit Kitchen

In KDS, tap the 3 dots in the top left-hand side of the screen, next to the time

Tap the < > Limit Item... button

Search for the relevant Item to limit. Once it has been selected, enter the quantity remaining (0 if none), toggle if the limit should be removed at EOD, and then tap Update Limit

Repeat step 3 for all Items that need to be limited.
Removing an Item limit
To remove an Item limit from KDS, select the limited Item from the list and then select Remove Limit
