Where to Find the Order Timeline
Overview
The Order Timeline is the lifecycle of an Order from open to close.
It shows:
The action that was performed (Check opened, Items fired, bill printed, payment, etc.)
Day/Time
Data: Item specifics (Item ordered, method of payment, etc.)
Who performed the above actions
Follow the steps below to find an Order's timeline:
In Tabit Office, go to Back Office > Order Search
Use the filters to locate the relevant Order and select it
Select Details
Select Timeline
Now you can view the full Order timeline
The Order timeline is also accessible through the Exceptions Report
