How to Test Print and Check Connectivity

To perform printer performance test, follow the steps below:

  1. With your Manager profile, go to Operation → Printers → Printer performance test

  2. Choose which printer to test and tap the printer icon beside it. This will print a test page.

To check printer connectivity, follow the steps below:

  1. With your Manager profile, go to Operation → Technician → Printers PING Tes

  2. You may tap on Ping or Ping All to check the connectivity of each printer or all at once.

  3. The higher value you’d see under the Fail column, the more likely that there is a problem with its connectivity. You may contact Flyght Support for additional help.
